Subdivision Bardon QLD

Development approvals were required for a boundary re-alignment and also a new deck on the Character house. The DA application process required working with specialist consultants to gain support to tackle some challenges, these include  - CR1 zoning, character (TBC overlay and pre-1946) house, creeks and waterways flooding, biodiversity overlays, and traffic report. In addition to this installation of new sewer line and upstream storm water connection. The result provided a new block of land in a high demand area close to parks and amenities.
