Development approvals were required for a 1 into 2 lot subdivision.  The DA application process required working with specialist engineer consultants to understand flooding and also earthworks design to enable optimised building envelopes for 2 residential houses. The result provided 2 new blocks of land close to train station, parks and amenities.
