Development approvals were required for a 2 into 2 boundary realignment subdivision. The DA application process required working with specialist Town planning consultant and engineer consultants to work with council on creating a block of land and retaining a pre-1946 Queenslander house. The result provided a refreshed house and a new block of land close to train station, parks and amenities.
